Hay Man Oo, known by his artist name Wooh, has a distinguished background in the field of comics and illustration. He began his career working for Korea Comic Studio (Mr BLUE) alongside Le-Seong-Gi, initially as a comic artist and later as the sketch director and production manager. He also became a mentor for comic artists and played a significant role in the Korean comic series titled "Yar-Sa-Lou" as the principal illustrator.

In 2020, Wooh published a comic book titled "Par-Joung" in Myanmar, which focuses on the student movement of 1988 and quickly became a bestseller in his country. His second comic book, "The Green Dogs," addresses the civil struggle against the military junta in Myanmar.

In June 2022, Wooh showcased his series on Louis XIV at the Lyon BD Festival.
