Kyar PAUK

Kyar Pauk is a record producer, singer, and guitarist for the well-known Burmese band Big Bag.

He is also a writer (songs, novels, and comics), painter, and graffiti artist. Born and raised in Myanmar, he lived there until 2021, when he was pursued by the Burmese military junta for his outspoken stance following the coup. He is now a refugee in France.

His artistic creativity and personal expression are based on spontaneous, intuitive work, without foresight. "From start to finish, I don’t know what the result will be."
